Serververse will undergo planned maintenance tomorrow involving a 3-hour service interruption to address current network performance issues and implement critical infrastructure improvements.
Maintenance Scope:
This scheduled downtime will address recent performance degradation including increased ping latency, reduced internet throughput, and intermittent performance issues across select machines.
Infrastructure Upgrades:
Hardware enhancement of core infrastructure nodes in3 and in4
Network optimization for nodes in1, in2, and in3 to reduce latency and improve throughput
Migration to managed commercial-grade networking infrastructure featuring Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology
Expected Improvements:
Stabilized network latency and consistent performance metrics
Enhanced system reliability meeting industry standards
Improved connection speeds across all server nodes
Long-term operational stability and performance consistency
Service Impact:
Services hosted on infrastructure nodes in3 and in4 will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Customers are advised to plan accordingly and prepare for temporary service interruption.
This proactive maintenance investment ensures sustained performance improvements and enhanced service reliability for all Serververse clients.
